Creating this blog was a herculean task. I was new to the server-side language I used (PHP) and had only a basic idea of what I wanted. I knew I wanted to separate my content; thus, I developed two distinct blogs:

Why is this blog called “The Noise Upstairs”?

 

                A creative mind is a restless one. All my curiosities start as a thought. And in a single day I have the potential to have a multitude of ideas, conjectures, questions, fears, and the occasional solutions or answers to problems. There is enough of this to consider my mind as a hive with enough buzz to be a constant “noise upstairs”.

                This is a blog where I can posit my theories, questions, and observations.

“Between Forests and Planets” is a space where I can submit all my creative writing. For the title I wanted to give a sense of scope to my writing. I do not want to be confined to a single genre so the creative universe is my playground.
